Supplemental Narrative

Additional Explanations

Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 4

The 2020 Form 1099 INT is from 1 Jan 2020 to 31 Dec 2020. The amount of $14 was used as a proration of the months covered in this return. The remaining $48 would have been reported on the 2019 return.

Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 10

Teacher Grants - $1974.00 and School Learning Garden - $448.00

Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 16

Description;Amount^Insurance;277|Teacher Appreciation;1102|Administrative Fees and expenses;1052|Hospitality for school teachers and staff;751|PTA Supplies;96|Open House Events;2571^Total;5849^

Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 19

On the 2019 return, this number was incorrectly reported and should have read $52,007. The difference between what was reported ($25,921 on the 2019 return and the correct amount of $52,007) was the inadvertent omission of accounting for the $26,086 that was held in our money market account and carried forward form tax year 2018.
