Mission
National memorial acknowledging the us secret war
We will construct a permanent memorial in a city park in the City of Westminster, Colorado. This memorial will: - Educate the public about the U.S. Secret War in Laos. - Honor the Lao-Hmong soldiers and airmen who fought with the U.S., especially the SGU of Military Regions 1, 3, and 4, who helped contain the communist regime in N. Vietnam. - Acknowledge the sacrifices of the Lao-Hmong people who were left behind following the U.S. withdrawal and subjected to attempted genocide by the Laotian communist government. - Memorialize the 35,000 Lao-Hmong Special Guerilla Units (SGU) and Laotian Forces Armee Royale (FAR) of Military Region 2, as well as 727 Americans, all killed in action in northern Laos.

“The single physical asset owned by the Foundation is a 1954 T-28 fighter bomber that we bought and restored as it would have appeared if associated with the Royal Laotian Air Force. The plane is tangible evidence to donors that we will raise approximately $2,000,000 to build this memorial. The plane will eventually be repurposed and become part of the memorial itself.”
