General explanation attachment

During 2024 the non profit took out a loan to begin constuction on a facility owned by the non profit. We are in the process of bringing the facility to a working order to fulfil the purpose of the not for profit. Total loan terms are 500,000 at 6% interest payable in 60 months after acceptance of the completion of the renovation. Note the loan payments are made in increments, with about half in 2024 and remainder expected in 2025. In 2025 we continue to progress through the construction work. we expect the construction to be finalized by end of 2026.
