“The organization's program services are accomplished through grants awarded to destination caldwell, inc. Destination caldwell manages indian creek plaza in downtown caldwell through an operating agreement with the city. The plaza hosts events such as a weekly concert series and farmer's market during the summer season, indian creek festival, winter wonderland, as well as other family entertainment, cultural events and educational outreach programs throughout the year. The plaza is transformed into a public iceskating rink during the winter season. During 2024, the plaza hosted over 300 programmed days of activities, including 17 signature events. Drawing approximately 367,000 people to downtown caldwell, of which 37,000 were skating patrons. A welcome center is open during events to provide information about the community's offerings. In addition, destination caldwell continued to provide advertising and promotional support to stimulate agritourism through expansion of their program called "agventure trail". The organization also promotes "farm to fork" by connecting local farmers, consumers, and downtown businesses, specifically through the "farm to fork" farmer's market. The farmer's market, in coorindation with the idaho farmer's market association and local producers, continued to expand access to fresh, local food for low-income familes. The organization continued to support destination caldwell in managing special projects aimed towards improving the beautification and cleanliness of the plaza while continuing to promote new and existing businesses within the district and surrounding community. In addition, destination caldwell provided businesses with promotional resources, and promoted retail trade, and professional activities in the district and surrounding community. In partnership with the city of caldwell, the organization managed a public "wayfinding" business directory and district map project to further enhance and promote accessibility and economic development within the district.”

THE PLAZA HOSTS EVENTS SUCH AS A WEEKLY CONCERT SERIES AND FARMER'S MARKET DURING THE SUMMER SEASON, INDIAN CREEK FESTIVAL, WINTER WONDERLAND, AS WELL AS OTHER FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT, CULTURAL EVENTS AND EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH PROGRAMS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. THE PLAZA IS TRANSFORMED INTO A PUBLIC ICESKATING RINK DURING THE WINTER SEASON. DURING 2024, THE PLAZA HOSTED OVER 300 PROGRAMMED DAYS OF ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING 17 SIGNATURE EVENTS. DRAWING APPROXIMATELY 367,000 PEOPLE TO DOWNTOWN CALDWELL, OF WHICH 37,000 WERE SKATING PATRONS. A WELCOME CENTER IS OPEN DURING EVENTS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMMUNITY'S OFFERINGS. IN ADDITION, DESTINATION CALDWELL CONTINUED TO PROVIDE ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL SUPPORT TO STIMULATE AGRITOURISM THROUGH EXPANSION OF THEIR PROGRAM CALLED "AGVENTURE TRAIL". THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROMOTES "FARM TO FORK" BY CONNECTING LOCAL FARMERS, CONSUMERS, AND DOWNTOWN BUSINESSES, SPECIFICALLY THROUGH THE "FARM TO FORK" FARMER'S MARKET. THE FARMER'S MARKET, IN COORINDATION WITH THE IDAHO FARMER'S MARKET ASSOCIATION AND LOCAL PRODUCERS, CONTINUED TO EXPAND ACCESS TO FRESH, LOCAL FOOD FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILES.
