“(1) Almythiest Abercrombie resigned from the Board of Directors. Dino Samson was voted into the Board of Directors. (2) WISER tweaked its mission which was to study group interactions and promote cooperation by finding creative and scientific ways to end social exclusion. The revised mission is to build inclusive communities and equitable access to resources in health, education and economic markets. (3) WISER added new sections 4.13 and 6.3 to its Bylaws. The new provision in section 4.13 requires any director to complete a background check through an approved third-party provider before assuming the duties and responsibilities of the directorship. The new provision in section 6.3 requires the Executive Director to secure written approval from the Board of Directors for single purchases costing more than $15,000.”
