“The business, property, and affairs of the Chapter are managed by the Board also referred to as the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee consists of a Chairperson, Education Chair, Assistant Education Chair, Second Assistant Education Chair, Treasurer, and Membership Chair. Honorary members may attend Executive Committee meetings but only in an advisory and non-voting capacity. Only active members and honorary members may serve on the Executive Committee.”
