“Explanation for Schedule A, Part II (Public Support Test): Our organizations tax-exempt status was automatically revoked for failure to file for 2020, 2021, and 2022 due to a lack of filing by the previous administration. We successfully applied for and received reinstatement from the IRS, effective [Insert Date of Reinstatement]. As part of this transition, no financial records for the non-filing years (2020-2022) were transferred to the current leadership. Despite a good-faith effort, we were unable to locate any bank accounts or financial records used by the prior treasurer. Therefore, the financial data for 2020-2022 is reported as $0. The data for 2023 and 2024 is accurate and demonstrates our return to compliance and strong public support. Article IV - 4: 1. Classroom Representatives (?Room Parents) are selected by the classroom guide(s) from the population of parents / guardians of children enrolled in that class. 1. Responsibilities and terms of the Room Parent role are defined in Appendix A: Room Parent Position Description.??
