Volunteers are drawn from interested citizens in houston county who are trained so that they can stand ready to serve abused and neglected children. Casa volunteers work with juvenile court judges, administrators, attorneys and counselors as well as parents, other family members, the department of family and children's services and any other person who has an interest in the child.”
