Financial Statement Notes

Part IV, Line 2B: Explanation of escrow account liability

As a hud section 202 project assisting the low income elderly, the project is required to hold security deposits approximating one month'st as a security deposit.

Part X : FIN48 Footnote

Meadowood Glen II, Ltd., Project No. 124-EE008-WAH is a nonprofit organization exempt from Federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3). In accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, the Project is required to disclose certain information regarding potential liabilities regarding its tax positions it currently takes or has taken in prior years. Currently, there are no unrecognized tax benefits or liabilities that need to be recognized during current year or due to a tax position taken in a prior year. If the Project were to have a potential liability for such taxes, it would also accrue interest and penalties as a liability in the financial statements. The Project expects no unrecognized tax benefits that will be incurred within the next year of the date of these financial statements. There are no tax years that are currently under examination by federal or state tax authorities. The Project believes that it is no longer subject to income tax examinations for three years prior to the current year.

IRS990ScheduleD/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt1Meadowood Glen II, Ltd., Project No. 124-EE008-WAH is a nonprofit organization exempt from Federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3). In accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, the Project is required to disclose certain information regarding potential liabilities regarding its tax positions it currently takes or has taken in prior years. Currently, there are no unrecognized tax benefits or liabilities that need to be recognized during current year or due to a tax position taken in a prior year. If the Project were to have a potential liability for such taxes, it would also accrue interest and penalties as a liability in the financial statements. The Project expects no unrecognized tax benefits that will be incurred within the next year of the date of these financial statements. There are no tax years that are currently under examination by federal or state tax authorities. The Project believes that it is no longer subject to income tax examinations for three years prior to the current year.
