ReasonableCauseExplanation/ExplanationTxt0WHEN WE PURSUED A GRANT, THE FUNDER FOUND AN INCONSISTENCY IN OUR NUMBERS WHICH WE HAD NOT REALIZED. IT TURNED OUT THAT THE 2018 BOOK KEEPING WAS INACCURATE AND OUR TAX ACCOUNTANT DID NOT SEE THE ISSUE.NORTH CAROLINA CLIMATE SOLUTIONS CO NOW HAS ALL THE FUNDS ACCOUNTED FOR AND WE ARE AMENDING THE 2018 RETURN. WE KNOW WHERE OUR MISTAKES WERE SO WE WILL NOT MAKE THOSE MISTAKES AGAIN.
