Mission

To assist providers in utilizing technology to transform their medical practices to better coordinate care, reduce duplicative medical services, identify gaps in care and improve population health by supporting health information exchange to provide a longitudinal, electronic patient record across the continuum of care, and to do all things appropriate to further such purpose.
