Mission

To advance the health of our population by eliminating health disparities including promoting equitable access to high quality and cost effective health and human services and resources, to prevent disease and improve health, to improve the efficiency of health care delivery, to empower individuals and communities through engagement, collaboration, and innovation, and to promote equity in health outcomes, access to health care and coverage, and the social determinants of health throughout pierce county.

The executive committee of the board will review the filing and make recommendations to the board.

All board members sign the conflict of interest policy and all policies are reviewed with the board annually.

The executive committee of the board acts as the compensation committee for review of the executive director/ceo's contract and salary. For the initial year of employment, an outside consultant was engaged to provide comparative compensation data for similar companies for all c-suite roles. Compensation increases have been in line with cost-of-living raises. As of 2022, elevate health is working with a 3rd party to provide a compensation analysis for every employee. Prior to the compensation analysis, employees salaries were determined by internally reviewing compensation in the region.
