International Personnel Certification Association(Ipc)

To promote the interest of certification bodies and serve the needs of the society for competence of professionals as well as maintaining and improving critera for certification registration of personnel to provide professional recognition.

Purpose of promoting the interests of certification bodies and serve the needs of the society for competence of professionals as well as maintaining and improving criteria for certification/registration of personnel to provide professional recognition. The organization will promote international acceptance of, and confidence in, the equivalence of personnel certification/registration to government, business and industry in order to eliminate the need for personnel certification/registration in multiple jurisdictions. The organization will develop, maintain and improve criteria for evaluation of organizations operating personnel certification/registration schemes. Although the focus of ipc is at personnel certification, recognition of training providers and training courses are also part of ipcs activities. Ipc is not offering any commercial training course, but establishes the rules and criteria for its members, which offer and/or certify such training programs.
