Program Services

DescriptionGrantsExpenses
Organizer education and training kicked off with the launch of the United Against Corruption podcast on Twitch, which included live book clubs with top authors and experts in the Constitutional Amendment process. Our volunteer team also published countless op-eds, articles, and social media posts.$0$22,833
After a year delay from Covid, talented volunteers took over control of our documentary. Featuring leading experts and committed volunteers, the Communications Team built this project from the ground up. With enough quality footage for a miniseries, we plan to release the main documentary in 2022.$0$14,084
Wolf-PAC Action Fund began a major joint operation with Wolf-PAC in 2021, seeking to reorganize both entities. Wolf-PAC Action Fund's role, as an entity devoted to education, was to study the best way to run a reorganization in a volunteer based group and then how to run a volunteer based group that can succeed in its goals. Samuel Fieldman worked with volunteers from Wolf-PAC, a 527 organization seeking to amend the constitution in ways studied by Wolf-PAC Action Fund. Together we created a system by which committees of volunteers would create policy recommendations, which would then be ratified by all active volunteers within the Wolf-PAC. The study of these policies has been Mr. Fieldman's largest assigned task since April, 2021. Members of the Communications Team, including Communications Director Rena Goldman, also joined in the study of how to manage internal messaging and to create an external communications strategy. In addition to a complete reorganization of Wolf-PAC, the ultimate result will include a recommendation to the board of Wolf-PAC Action Fund for its own reorganization to best continue its educational purpose.$0$10,000
Wolf-PAC Action Fund cosponsored Academy of States 2.0 in December with other groups also seeking amendments to the Constitution. The event was an effort to educate lawmakers from across the political spectrum on the process and to seek, along with fellow cosponsor American Promise, lawmakers who would be dedicated to such an amendment on the issue of the corrupting influence of money in politics. None of the groups involved gave any money to any of the other groups or received any payment from the event and Wolf-PAC Action Fund did not spend any money on the event except for the time of contractor Samuel Fieldman who helped organize it and who spoke at the event, paying for travel expenses out of pocket. The expenses included here represent the time spent by Mr. Fieldman.$0$4,000
Special training projects included a legal intern learning about operations in non-profits like ours. Also, some volunteers learned more about operating a volunteer communications team with professional quality.$0$2,210

Wolf-PAC Action Fund resumed production on a documentary funded by Indiegogo. During 2020, an outside production company had intended to produce the film. Those plans were cancelled when the outside entity lost its funding. Wolf-PAC Action Fund volunteers gathered the footage and began editing. The value is estimated based on the amount spent from the start of production through the end of 2021.

Since the last filing, all three officers were replaced. Jodi Newell left the organization early in the year and was replaced with Kristen Peluso as President. John Shen stepped down as Secretary mid-year and was temporarily replaced with another officer before Brie d'Ayr joined the board as a permanent replacement more recently. Samuel Fieldman, who has been a long-term contractor with the organization, took over the role of Treasurer from Michael Monetta in December of 2021. He will remain in the role only until a more permanent treasurer can be found. The compensation listed for Mr. Fieldman is his regular contract amount. That amount did not change when he became Treasurer and he receives no additional money for that role.
