NORTH SOUND ACH ADVANCES A JUST, INCLUSIVE, AND COLLABORATIVE CULTURE BY PARTNERING WITH A NETWORK OF REGIONAL AND LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS, WORKING TOGETHER ON THE VITAL CONDITIONS NECESSARY FOR INDIVIDUAL AND COLLECTIVE WELL-BEING. REGIONAL INVESTMENTS ARE WELL COORDINATED TO ENSURE MEASURABLE IMPROVEMENT IN WELL-BEING AT A POPULATION-WIDE LEVEL, AND FOR HISTORICALLY MARGINALIZED GROUPS. IN 2024, NORTH SOUND ACH INVESTED $4.5 MILLION TO PARTNERS FOR EQUITABLE, SOLUTIONS-BASED PROJECTS; THE PROPOSALS WERE REVIEWED AND FUNDING DISTRIBUTED BY A REVIEW COMMITTEE, COMPOSED OF COMMUNITY MEMBERS AND STAFF FROM PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS WITH LIVED EXPERIENCE. THESE PARTNERS MAKE UP THE COLLABORATIVE ACTION NETWORK, WHICH HAS GROWN FROM 50 ORGANIZATIONS IN 2022, TO 120 BY THE END OF 2023, AND TO 222 PARTNERS AS OF THE END OF 2024. OUR CARE COORDINATION HUB GREW FROM TWO AGENCIES TO NINE DURING 2024, MEETING OUR GOAL OF HAVING AGREEMENTS WITH PARTNERS IN ALL FIVE COUNTIES. FINALLY, WE COMMITTED TO A FRAMEWORK OF STORYTELLING, TO ELEVATE AND UPLIFT COMMUNITY VOICES. WE FEATURE THE EXPERIENCES AND WORK OF THOSE FROM THE COMMUNITY ONTO OUR PODCAST, VIRTUAL LEARNING SERIES, AT STATE AND NATIONAL CONFERENCE PRESENTATIONS, AND INVEST IN CAPACITY BUILDING FROM OUR PARTNERS' OWN WORK IN STORYTELLING AND DOCUMENTARY MEDIA. |
