The accountant then creates reports using the software program to provide statements of financial activity, cash flows, and financial positions. A specialist familiar with 501(c)(3) organizations then creates the Form 990 Informational Return using the information from the statements of cash flows and financial position. A draft of the 990 is provided to the President for review and changes. When complete, the 990 is submitted online to the IRS.”

“Powered Foods is registered as an Ohio public charity with the Ohio Attorney General Charitable Law Section (OAGCLS). Annual reporting and annual fees are paid to OAGCLS as required.
