“Tva is working to build a pool and recreation center for the teton valley community. Our community does not have local access to swimming lessons so tva purchased a temporary pool for summer swimming lessons to keep our community's children safe around water. Tva has taught approximately 1,300 lessons to children (some register for multiple classes) and need to continue to do this important work in our community to keep our children safe, strong, healthy and happy. We taught approximately 300 classes of swim lessons, water aerobics and tethered swimming in 2024. Next step for the permanent pool and recreation center is to kick off a capital campaign.”
