“Thr president of the organization is the son of two other board trustees”

“During the early stages of the organization, the primary focus is on fund raising activities to secure needed proceeds for the construction of the museum building. Formal conflict of interest, record retention and whistleblower policies will be more formally developed as the organization enters planning and execution of operating activities. For the present time, all pertinent matters that would be covered by the formal policies are overseen by the board of trustees. Any conflict of interest or apperance of any conflict is discussed at the full board level with vote requiring impacted board member to recuse from the voting action.”

“Line 18 - organization form 990 and form 1023 will be viewable on the irs website. Form 990 will also be viewable at guidestar”

“Line 19 - as described above, policies will be formalized during operation planning and execution. Govering documents and policies will be viewable on request upon commencement of operations.”

“The organization is raising funds to contruct a building for use as a museum in keeping with its stated mission. Other assets are comprimised of construction in progress of 1,987,988 and prepaid expenses of 700 at year end. Building will be transferred to the county domicilied within upon completion and receipt of certificate of occupancy, at which time a long term license agreement will go into effect”
