Brick By Bricks mission includes stabilizing low and moderate income neighborhoods by returning vacant and abandoned properties to productive re use to increase the availability of affordable housing for low and/or low- and moderate-income households. The organization will seek to secure title to acquire vacant and abandoned properties and return the properties to productive use through a variety of strategies aSale to a nonprofit organization which has a mission to create or support affordable housing, that will use the property in its affordable housing program bSale to an owner occupant, first time homebuyer with a total income equal to or less than 120 PERCENT of the Area Median Income AMI as defined by HUD. The sale price will be affordable. The Owner Occupant will spend at or below 30 PERCENT of their income on housing costs c Rental to a low-moderate income household with a total income less than 80 PERCENT of the AMI. The rents will less than or equal to the Fair Market rent for the area as published by HUD.

The organization will seek to secure title to acquire vacant and abandoned properties and return the properties to productive use through a variety of strategies aSale to a nonprofit organization which has a mission to create or support affordable housing, that will use the property in its affordable housing program bSale to an owner occupant, first time homebuyer with a total income equal to or less than 120 PERCENT of the Area Median Income AMI as defined by HUD. The sale price will be affordable. The Owner Occupant will spend at or below 30 PERCENT of their income on housing costs c Rental to a low-moderate income household with a total income less than 80 PERCENT of the AMI. The rents will less than or equal to the Fair Market rent for the area as published by HUD.
