La Posada Communities

The corporation will promote, support, provide oversight, and coordinate the activities, mission, services and operations of la posada at park centre, inc., an arizona nonprofit corporation ("la posada") and nakoma sky, llc, an arizona limited liability company, currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of la posada and a disregarded entity for tax purposes; and any existing and future affiliated organizations fulfilling the vision and mission of the organization.

The corporation will promote, support, provide oversight, and coordinate the activities, mission, services and operations of la posada at park centre, inc., an arizona nonprofit corporation ("la posada") and la posada at pusch ridge, llc ("pusch ridge"), formerly known as nakoma sky, llc, an arizona limited liability company, currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of la posada and a disregarded entity for tax purposes, la posada foundation (the "foundation"), a not-for-profit corporation as described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code which is exempt from federal and state income taxes, posada life holdings, inc. ("holdings") the purpose of holdings is to hold title to property in accordance with section 501(c)(2) of the internal revenue code; and any existing and future affiliated organizations fulfilling the vision and mission of the organization.
