Mission

Down But Not Out DBNO provides essential humanitarian aid disaster preparedness resources and support services to homeless and low-income individuals in Southern California with a primary focus on Los Angeles Countys most vulnerable communities. The program offered specialized guidance on accessing cooling centers during heat waves flood preparation and emergency communication without reliable phone access. LISTOS BLOCK EVENTS: DBNO collaborated with 12 partner organizations on larger community events establishing LISTOS emergency preparedness booths at each gathering.
