Mission

Play like a champion provides leadership in a national effort to promote an inclusive, developmentally oriented youth sports culture for all children. It does this in two ways. It partners with economically disadvantaged communities lacking infrastructure and funding by providing project management and organizational development consulting to build community youth sports organizations to sustain youth sports programming. Secondly, it educates sports leaders, coaches, parents and administrators through its train the trainer model.

Play like a champion provides project management and organizational consulting as well as coach and parent training to youth sports organizations with an emphasis on the character development of the athletes. Play like a champion uses a train the trainer model to deliver its training.
