Advocates for opioid recovery is an organization dedicated to advancing a science-based, evidenced based treatment system that can reduce death and suffering from opioid addiction, and produce more long-term opioid addiction survivors who are positively engaged in their families and communities. The organization was chartered to be a nonpartisan public relations campaign to educate people, including policymakers, that evidence-based treatment includes recovery medication, counseling and social support.
