Got your 6 fishing provides opportunities for active duty military and veterans to enjoy beautiful washington state and our unique waterways. Through the recreation of fishing, warriors will learn coping skills, build relationships, find physical and emotional healing, and gain the knowledge needed to maintain this hobby for life. Veterans face special challenges upon returning home, often with limited options and finances. Something as basic as getting out onto the river or puget sound with others who have experienced traumatic injuries or pstd can go a long way towards bringing a sense of calm, peace, and normalcy into to the lives of our services members. These trips are paid for by donations. Our active duty military and veterans are never charged a fee.”
