“OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 4: P SEI CBA 8 & 9: Capacity Building Academy (CBA) cohort 9 graduated in September 2020 having completed their full sustainability plans. The budget for this project was $70,561.16. This project was delivered in partnership with Social Entrepreneurs, Inc. Below is the list of CBA9 agencies: Children's Fund, MALO, Inland Empire United Way, House of Ruth, Reach Out and Read, Spotlight on Hope, New Hope Village OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 5: Nonprofit Grants Bulletin: IECC continued to contribute in the development of a monthly Nonprofit Grants Bulletin, increasing distribution to area nonprofits. The grant bulletin has a reach of over 4,700 nonprofits, funders, school districts, and universities in San Bernardino and Riverside County. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 6: Advocacy Efforts: IECC was nominated to be on the Inland Empire Census Complete Count Committee and Co-Chair of the Regional Outreach Sub-Committee. IECC became of member of the California Nonprofits State Policy Advocacy coalition. We also received CARES Act funding from San Bernardino and Riverside County to provide capacity building and PPP and EIDL technical assistance to nonprofits in the region in response to Covid-19. IECC pivoted from traditional capacity building efforts to providing vital technical assistance for virtual and digital needs due to pandemic restrictions. The grants total was approximately $70,000.”
