Mission and Program Overview

Mission

The pope francis center serves people who are experiencing homelessness in downtown detroit. Each day we serve meals to more than 175 people. We also offer shower and laundry services, phone and mail services, medical, legal and dental clinics, foot care, haircuts, bike repair, help finding housing, and assortment of other assistance to guests.
