Pt IV, Line 1B

Youngstown neighborhood development corporation and revitalize home mortgages, inc. Have been classifed as separate nonprofit organizations operating under section 501 (c) (3) of the internal revenue code and are exempt from federal, state, and local income taxes. Each entity is required to annually file form 990 with the irs. The organizations have adopted the recognition requirements for uncertain income tax positions taken for filing with the internal revenue service and all state jurisdictions where they operatate. The organizations believe that income tax filing positions will be sustained upon examination do not anticipate any adjustments that would result in a material adverse effect on the organizations' financial conditions. Accorrdingly the organizations have not recorded any reserves or related accrual for interest and penalties for uncertain income tax positions at december 31, 2017. The organizations are subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress.
