And the board of directors approved a plan for dissolution. In accordance with its by-laws and with the approval of its board of directors, the remaining net assets of mbhp office corporation were transfered to its affiliated supported organization, metropolitan boston housing partnership, inc. And mbhp office corporation ceased its current and future operating activities as of june 30, 2024.
