The organization established a reasonable level of compensation by referring to compensation amounts paid for similar positions at similar organizations in the area. In 2022, bridgecamp successfully created curriculum for, planned, and executed its first pilot camp in august at camp oakley in utah's weber canyon, where five father-son duos were invited to attend and participate. Over a four day period, they participated in various adventure, service and learning activities where their relationships were strengthened and skills were learned to help build stronger connections. Besides helping strengthen parent/teen relationships, the group conducted actual service projects for the following groups: reins (equine therapy provider), camp oakley, and the peacehouse. Additionally, work began in 2022 on the creation of a parent/teen workbook designed to guide parents and teens through adventure, service, and learning exercises they can accomplish at home. The publishing of the workbook should take place in early 2024.

OVER A FOUR DAY PERIOD, THEY PARTICIPATED IN VARIOUS ADVENTURE, SERVICE AND LEARNING ACTIVITIES WHERE THEIR RELATIONSHIPS WERE STRENGTHENED AND SKILLS WERE LEARNED TO HELP BUILD STRONGER CONNECTIONS. BESIDES HELPING STRENGTHEN PARENT/TEEN RELATIONSHIPS, THE GROUP CONDUCTED ACTUAL SERVICE PROJECTS FOR THE FOLLOWING GROUPS: REINS (EQUINE THERAPY PROVIDER), CAMP OAKLEY, AND THE PEACEHOUSE. ADDITIONALLY, WORK BEGAN IN 2022 ON THE CREATION OF A PARENT/TEEN WORKBOOK DESIGNED TO GUIDE PARENTS AND TEENS THROUGH ADVENTURE, SERVICE, AND LEARNING EXERCISES THEY CAN ACCOMPLISH AT HOME. THE PUBLISHING OF THE WORKBOOK SHOULD TAKE PLACE IN EARLY 2024.
