Each member of the board of directors and each officer and member of management of this foundation shall disclose to the president of this foundation, at least annually, the material facts as to any relationship or interest he or she may have in, and any direct or indirect financial benefit he or she might derive from, any contemplated contract or transaction with this foundation. If any such contemplated contract or transaction involves the president of this foundation, or is one which the president of this foundation cannot approve under the preceding paragraph, then all such material facts shall be disclosed to the board of directors and the director or officer or employee having the relationship or interest in (or as to) any such contemplated contract or transaction shall not be present at, or participate in, the deliberations of or the vote by the board of directors of this foundation relating to such contract or transaction.

("TPAF"), STARTING IN 2017, BEGAN ITS MISSION OF A NON-PARTISAN ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO EDUCATING THE PUBLIC THROUGH RESEARCH, INVESTIGATIVE REPORTING, AND ANALYSIS ABOUT THE EFFECTS OF EXCESSIVE TAXATION AND SPENDING BY ALL LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT. THROUGH BLOGS, COMMENTARIES, SPECIAL SPENDING ALERTS, AND MEDIA APPEARANCES, TPAF HAS DISSEMINATED INFORMATION OF GOVERNMENT WASTE, FRAUD AND ABUSE. THE ORGANIZATION IS INCREASING EFFORTS IN SOLICITATION WITH A DRIVEN GOAL OF ESTABLISHING A BROAD DONOR BASE. IN ADDITION, TPAF HAS ENGAGED OUTSIDE CONSULTANTS TO ASSIST THE ORGANIZATION IN BROADEN ITS PUBLIC SUPPORT AND DONATIONS FROM ALL SOURCES. THE ORGANIZATION IS CONTINUING TO ADVANCE ITS OUTREACH AND INTENDS TO MEET AND EXCEED THE PUBLIC SUPPORT TEST IN THE COMING YEARS.
