UNLIKE OTHER ACUTE STRESS MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES, SFA WAS DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY TO SUPPORT FIREFIGHTERS AND EMS PERSONNEL. THE GOAL OF SFA IS TO RESTORE HEALTH AND READINESS AFTER A STRESS REACTION.
