The conflict of interest policy is reviewed annually at a board meeting. All directors are required to annually sign a document stating that they have reviewed the policy and are in compliance with it.

The salary for michael pryor, facility coordinator, was determined at a board meeting, upon action of those board members who were independent of that decision.
