This search was led by rick mccallum, a former recruiter for the us public health service: director: from glassdoor.com, the median total pay for an ""ending community homelessness coalition director"" is $99,000. Salary.com put the average salary for a ""hearts for the homeless"" program chief executive officer at $624,302. We selected the lower end of the range. Training director: 1) from salary.com, the median total pay for any type of corporate trainer with any type of experience is $71,783. 2) the cchs foundation training director is in charge of training physicians around the country including being the program director for the homeless aspects of the upcoming mhc medical residency program in family practice/homeless medicine. According to ziprecruiter.com, the average salary of a family medicine residency program director in arizona is $279,860. 3) we averaged the salaries and then took approximately 56% of the value to arrive at $99,000 to keep the training director salary in parity with the director's salary."
