Form 990, Page 2, Part III, Line 4A

In 2020, the building was added to the nationalregister of historic places. In 2021 the organization entered into formal negotiations with a mission- minded interested developer for the historic building. Legal counsel was consulted to explore possible structure for the sale/agreement in order to ensure the integrity of the structure in perpetuity. In 2022, the organization entered into a sales agreement with a nonprofit developer to transfer the building. In 2024 the teslow preservation group monitored the buyer's developments and progress, per the 2022 purchase and sale agreement. Following an evaluation, the board of directors elected to transfer all rights to the building and dissolve the non profit, having effectively accomplished its mission to protect and transfer the building to a developer that is committed to its preservation.any remaining funds (immaterial amount) were donated to a local 501 (c) 3 nonprofit prior to year-end.
