IRS990/ProgSrvcAccomActy2Grp/Desc0KIVA Microloans - Progress OKC become the Oklahoma City KIVA hub in 2021. KIVA is an international organization that provides a lending platform and worldwide network of lenders, mentors, and borrowers to facilitate affordable, risk-tolerant microloans. These loans serve as the first rung on the capital ladder to provide funding to excluded small businesses who do not qualify for traditional loans. Fifteen loans totaling $57,800 were made during 2021 and 136 loan applications were pending at December 31, 2021. Progress OKC's goal is to fund at least 100 loans totaling $400,000 by the end of 2024.

IRS990/ProgSrvcAccomActy3Grp/Desc0Housing - Progress OKC builds homes available to low-to-moderate (LTM) income buyers. Projects are currently funded by HUD HOME Funds. Since the inception of this program, nine homes have been completed and sold. Seven of those homes were sold to LTM income buyers and two were market rate homes. During 2021, lots for continuation of development were under contract and loans for construction, although delayed by COVID-19, were pending final approval. Progress OKC plans to build four single-family affordable homes next year.
