“Uplift facility training: the training facility has been designed with the sole intention of providing our athletes, in all sports, with every tool necessary to reach his or her full potential. Complete with locker rooms, meeting rooms and a conference room, we are equipped to meet all athletic needs. We use a unique blend of performance weight training methods with emphasis on both strength and power development. We also use a wide variety of specialized equipment to enhance speed, strength, and agility in order to achieve ultimate athletic performance. Each training session will consist of a two-hour block of time. The first half hour will be devoted to bible based character and leadership development, while the remaining hour and a half will include speed and agility work as well as strength and power development. Character building: building strong character is like building a strong wall. Just as a wall is built one brick at a time, character must also be built one test at a time. Like the wall battered by the storm, life tests the walls of character. Mistakes in life are inevitable. However, the stronger our foundation the better equipped we are to withstand the tests we face. Through christ's teachings and life experiences taught by our pastors, mentors, and coaches at uplift sports ministry, our goal is to help prepare our athletes to stand in strong character through all they may face. Mentoring: our hope is to partner children and young adults with positive role models to guide them in life's journey. We want to support and encourage people to manage their own learning in order that they may maximize their potential, develop their skills, improve their performance and become the person they want to be."”
