“The primary purpose of this non-profit corporation shall be to operate on a non-profit basis, an outreach service to provide assistance of all kinds to the underprivileged, indigent, and needy.”

“We will collect clothing, food and other non-food items through donations, whereby individuals will bring these items to our store and donate them. The clothing will be for children and adults, targeted at less fortunate individuals who cannot afford to purchase the items.”

“This will be an on-going program. Organization will provide food, clothing, appliances and personal hygiene items to less-fortunate individuals. Our goal is to help at least 50 people a month. Items will be given to less fortunate individuals at no cost. No one will be turned away.”
