The board of directors have delegated management duties to jl gray company. Jl gray company has an extensive history in supervising hud properties.

Form 990 is prepared by the accountant who prepares the annual year end hud audit. After preparation, form 990 is reviewed by the management company's controller. Following the controller's review and approval. Tax return copies are distributed to the board of directors and subsequently the original tax return is filed with the irs.
