Governance Explanations

Member election for additional members Part VI line 7A

Annually, a nominating committee is selected to review vacant board seats. Nominations are accepted from the membership and recommended for approval to the board of directors. The board approves slate when nominations dont exceed number of seats available. When the nominations exceed the number of seats, a ballot is sent out to the membership for voting on board appointments.
