The Conflict of Interest policy is regularly and consistently monitored to enforce compliance with the policy.Annually each director, principal officer and member of a committee with governing board delegated powers will sign a statement which affirms such person:a. Has received a copy of the Conflict of Interest Policy,b. Has read and understands the policy,c. Has agreed to comply with the policy, d. Understands the Organization is charitable and in order to maintain its federal tax exemption it much engage primarily in activities which accomplish one or more of its tax-exempt purposes.In addition, conflicts are discussed regularly and the board members are asked to disclose things that might be considered conflicts. Any potential conflicts are discussed & documented.
