Mission

The primary purpose of Vista Greens Homeowners Association is to provide a safe environment where building maintenance grounds upkeep and structural insurance coverage are provided by the HOA. Insurance coverage is our largest line item in the budget and members are educated as to the best supplementary insurance available to cover deductibles and personal property.

Program Services

Our second largest service to members is the All In insurance policy with a $10,000 dollar deductible that covers exterior and interior structures excluding personal property. This insurance purchased for members at a cost of $26,230 yearly is required by our Declarations and Covenants and is amended with membership approval as needed to provide the best most cost effective insurance coverage for Vista Greens members.$0$26,230
Our greatest service to members at a cost this year of $22,214 dollars is building maintenance. This maintenance expense is prioritized according to need and each year the Association finances a project related to roofing painting siding and gutter maintenance. This year we replaced an irrigation pump $7,000 and replaced siding on dormers $10,000 and replaced flashing and shingles at 3005 Wynne $5000$0$22,214
The Association incurs an annual expense of $20,400 for services rendered by independent contractor Curt Carlson. These services encompass comprehensive maintenance such as lawn care tree upkeep sprinkler system maintenance snow removal and certain minor building repairs. Curt Carlsons contributions are vital in ensuring the upkeep and aesthetics of the Associations premises contributing significantly to the overall quality and maintenance of the property.$0$20,400
