“The organization has 20 beehives they are going to use to be making honey to sell to the community as an income source. The individuals in the community, kids and their families, will help with the beekeeping and will learn about how it impacts their environment and community.”

“The play day project is where children come to the center and they are there with elders in the community who teach them about their history, tell them stories, and teach them cultural songs and dances. They take the children on outings to places like the park and the zoo and have the children perform at different community events as a form of outreach, to get community donations, and advertising for their program.”
