| Trapped in the Trenches : $5,477 has served 695 persons. We are committed to eradicating, empowering, and eradicating the epidemics that have plagued Florida. We are restoring individuals, veterans, children, and families who have fallen through the cracks. Many are experiencing addiction, exploitation, and homelessness and are Trapped in the Trenches. Identifying and recovering those who have fallen through the cracks became Trapped and Invisible due to, but not limited to, addiction, homelessness, abuses, exploitation, untreated mental health diagnosis, and human trafficking . Outreach is a job to bring awareness that happens from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We work during the most critical hours what we call "Trench Work". Trench Work is a calling to bring change NOW. An Emmy Award was given for the video revealing the hidden world of human trafficking . We also produced Fair Community Outreach Training and events. A Voice in the Wilderness Empowerment has been featured in three magazines and the founder ,Ramona D Miller, was named a community hero. We are restoring individuals, veterans, children, and families who have fallen through the cracks. Stay Alive and Thrive Health Inspired Victory Initiative and Outreach was created and implemented to bring critical health services to at-risk communities. Stay Alive removes the stigma and fears by mobilizing preventative health services. AVITWEC was issued a CLIA waiver to provide free and confidential testing for HIV, hepatitis C and other STDs (sexually transmitted diseases) in at-risk neighborhoods and communities. Voice also provides free condoms and lubricants to those who are sexually active.
