Conflict of interest policy purpose and proceduresall operations of the board of directors for ripple of one, incorporated, shall conform to the requirement of the united states internal revenue service for section 501(c)(3)corporations and in accordance with south carolina state law. No director may achieve any private gain from the operation of ripple of one. Should it be necessary for the board of directors to contract with any director for services or materials; to eliminate any conflict of interest that director shall be required to resign from the board prior to action to contract and a new director elected to complete any unexpired term.
