The purpose of hillcrest educational foundation, inc. Is to support the functions of and carry out the purposes of hillcrest educational centers, inc., hillcrest dental care, inc. And berkshire county kids' place & violence prevention center, inc. (collectively, the "supported organizations"). The foundation provides financial support and services to the supported organizations as recommended by the foundation board. The foundation board members are also members of the boards of the supported organizations to ensure that all activities directly further the exempt purposes of those supported organizations.
