“Our purpose is to foster women's amateur banked track roller derby competition.”

“Program for training skaters for competition: in 2013 ttrb maintained a permanent practice facility in order to provide consistant, reliable practice times for league members. Having a dedicated location to house the banked track grants skaters more opportunities to skate, thereby increasing overall league skill level. Ttrb worked to maintain consistent and equal practice times for its four home teams, its all-stars and its 3 junior groups. Ttrb also expanded its "off-skates" workout program to provide structured practices in an effort to create stronger and more well rounded fitness for the athletes.”

“Program for training youth skaters for competition: 2013 continued the growth of the juniors program. Attendance increased in all 3 levels. Ttrb's juniors program completed its third year of training 12-17 year olds in competetive game play and came in 2nd in the nation in the annual banked track competition.”

“Program providing opportunities for furthering amateur competition: despite the challenges of cost and local venue sizes, ttrb completed its fourth full season at comcast arena in everett. The fourth season saw growth of the fan base to apporximately 900. By growing this fan base, ttrb is able to meet part of its mision statement by increasing public awareness of roller derby.”
