Financial Statement Notes

Part X, Line 2:

The Organization follows generally accepted accounting principles regarding "Accounting for Uncertain Tax Positions". This provides detailed guidance for financial statement recognition, measurement, and disclosure of uncertain tax positions recognized in the Organization's financial statements. It requires an entity to recognize the financial statement impact of a tax position when it is more likely than not that the position will not be sustained upon examination. The Organization has determined that it does not have any material unrecognized tax benefits or obligations at December 31, 2024.
