“DURING THE YEAR THE ORGANIZATION HAD A REDUCTION IN ITS NET ASSETS OF MORE THAN 25 PERCENT. THIS WAS NOT THE RESULT OF THE ORGANIZATION DISPOSING OF ITS ASSETS. On May 11, 2020, in light of the COVID-19 outbreak, the board of director of the institute resolved to wind down all of its operations, provide severance payments to staff members and remain in existence until such a time as the board of directors has decided on the institute's future programming, operations, and staff needs. Operation ceased in September 2020, at which time the institute moved into a dormant status.
