“The tax return is prepared by an outside tax preparer and is forwarded to the ceo and cfo for review. The ceo and cfo forwards the draft return to all members of the board for their review. Any comments and/or questions are addressed and the tax return is finalized for signature and filing. A representative of management signs the e-file authorization and the tax return is then electronically submitted to the department of the treasury.”
