Objectives and ongoing activities :forstering sustainable networks or committed artists, cultural practitioners, volunteers and donors to promote collaborative cultural development. : creating free cultural spaces for local artists and communities for cultural gath erings and activities : developing programs for cultural dialogue, exchanges and learning.
